Grazie ad una rete vendita presente in tutta Italia, un servizio di customer care accurato e tempestivo, avanzate soluzioni cloud per la gestione degli approvvigionamenti, Logisan è in grado di offrire un global service che copre tutto lo spettro degli approvvigionamenti ospedalieri.

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno della Direzione Procurement a diretto riporto del Procurement Manager e si occuperà dell’ottimizzazione dei processi di approvvigionamento e sviluppo di nuove metodiche legate all’analisi e ai processi per la fornitura delle strutture consolidate e di nuova implementazione.

La risorsa si occuperà principalmente di:

- Ottimizzazione e monitoraggio dei processi di approvvigionamento con focus anche sulla logística del farmaco e dei materiali sanitari
- Inserimento ordini e supervisione del processo di fornitura verso il cliente finale
- Monitoraggio delle Performance dei fornitori contrattualizzati
- Contribuire alla redazione, aggiornamento e sviluppo del piano di approvvigionamento in collaborazione con le altre funzioni
- Supporto nella creazione di report per categoria di acquisto e per fornitori
- Supporto nelle analisi di spesa verso il fornitore e verso i clienti
- Supporto nella ottimizzazione delle forniture secondo le logiche di FIFU

Requisiti:

- Forte attitudine al lavoro in team
- Buone competenze nell’analisi di dati con ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
- Abilità di problem solving, pianificazione delle attività e gestione delle scadenze
- Autonomia organizzativa
- Ottime doti relazionali/comunicative e capacità di interfacciarsi con tutti i livelli dell’organizzazione
- Proattività e curiosità
- Eventuale esperienza lavorativa nel settore Procurement and Supply Chain

Costituirà titolo preferenziale:

- Conoscenza dell’ambito sanitario con focus su categorie merceologiche di medical device e/o funzionamento dei processi di approvvigionamento delle strutture sanitare.
- Laurea triennale e/o laurea specialistica in area amministrativa, healthcare, ingegneria biomedica/gestionale o similari
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
