**Job Description**:
Your Challenge

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel who can play a key role in our growth, enabling the smooth running of legal topics.

Working within Corporate strategies and policy frameworks, WMS Legal Counsel provides legal service to the Italian entities of the Group and as well to other international entities when Italian law is involved in the process. Furthermore you will ensure legal compliance and respect of Group legal framework over all entities of Water & Membrane Solutions division.

**Main Accountabilities**:
Provide research, factual information, counsel, and guidance on basic legal questions or issues.
Assist in analysis of issues to identify legal problems.
Provides advice to the leadership and ensures uniform interpretation of to the Group Policies.
Manage the preparation of commercial agreement, reviewing complex documents relating to transactions or trade agreements in which the company is to participate.
Provide legal advice to several commercial sections of the company and in administrative matters relating to property leases, insurance, GDPR, Mod.231, commercial and corporate law, etc. for Italian entites.
Ensure compliance of the organization’s practices with applicable civil and commercial legislation: among the various activities prepare minutes of the corporate meetings, ensure compliance of the same.
Your Profile

**Education**: University degree in law

**Experience**: Min 4/5 years of experience in Professional firm with foreign contacts, or in the Legal Department of structured multinational companies.

Admission to Bar preferred.

**Required Skills**:
Highly organized and motivated team player with strong drive to succeed.
Ability to listen critically and evaluate risk considering business and practical considerations and provide clear guidance.
Business acumen and cross-disciplinary mindset.
Proactive, responsive, solutions-oriented mindset.
MS Office.

**Languages**: Fluent English and Italian language skills mandatory.
