Siamo alla ricerca di un **Head of Technology **che, a diretto riporto del Managing Director, supervisionerà tutto il dipartimento tech, ossia: il team di ingegneri dedicato allo sviluppo dei prodotti, il team di dati, ed il team che si occupa di supportare gli altri team non-tech ad adottare le giuste tecnologie (a.k.a, il team di Application Management).

**Come Head of Technology, ti occuperai di**:

- Definire la visione tecnologica e la relativa strategia in accordo con gli obiettivi di business
- Definire l'organizzazione tecnologica in termini di organico, struttura e processi
- Assicurare che le tecnologie dell'intera organizzazione siano utilizzate in modo efficiente e sicuro
- Definire e Monitorare i KPI per valutare le prestazioni tecnologiche
- Controllare il budget IT
- Guidare i team nella progettazione e nello sviluppo di prodotti ad alte prestazioni, scalabili e manutenibili
- Guidare i miglioramenti di processo nelle pratiche di sviluppo del software e relative capabilities
- Garantire il supporto operativo e il monitoraggio/osservabilità dei servizi
- Fare da mentore e coach ai collaboratori, condurre valutazioni tempestive e costruttive
- Pianificare le necessità di hiring, selezionare le risorse e sviluppare i talenti chiave
- Sviluppare e mantenere i rapporti con i fornitori esterni di servizi IT

**Hai maturato**:

- Esperienza significativa di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo in aziende tecnologiche orientate al cliente
- Un solido background tecnico, abilità nel comprendere il business e nel gestire e motivare le persone
- Esperienza nella crescita rapida dei team e nello strutturare dipartimenti Tech anche in ambienti IT complessi
- Esperienza nella progettazione e nello sviluppo di prodotti software in aziende di prodotto
- Buone capacità di comunicazione, sia scritta che verbale, con l'abilità di presentare informazioni tecniche complesse in modo chiaro e conciso a diversi destinatari
- Conoscenza delle migliori pratiche di sviluppo del software
- Esperienza nelle tecnologie cloud (es. Google, AWS, Azure) e di implementazione di software nel cloud
- Conoscenza dei database e della gestione di grandi fonti di dati
- Esperienza di collaborazione cross-funzionale e di orientamento al cliente e capacità di sfruttare tali competenze per ottenere ottimi risultati anche in presenza di incertezza
- Capacità di mescolare una mentalità innovativa da start-up con un approccio più solido, tipico delle aziende più strutturate
- Mentalità curiosa, sempre alla ricerca di cambiamenti per migliorare lo status quo, per quanto stabile possa essere
- Forte leadership
- Capacità di sviluppare leader tecnici, people manager e altri leader con un approccio empatico e collaborativo
- Comprovate capacità di empowerment del team
- Spiccate capacità analitiche per essere in grado di gestire problemi complessi
- Eccellente attenzione ai dettagli
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
