Bid & Proposal Specialist
L'azienda cliente è una multinazionale leader del settore dei servizi integrati di Facility presente in tutto il mondo.
In Italia, con oltre 1.000 collaboratori e collaboratrici, gestisce e mantiene gli ambienti di lavoro, con l'obiettivo di rendere efficienti, sicuri e confortevoli sotto ogni aspetto i luoghi di lavoro dei Clienti.
Il ruolo di Bid & Proposal Specialist, prevede la presentazione di progetti e offerti di clienti Italia ed estero.
La risorsa si confronterà con i vari dipartimenti interni (Sales, Technical, Accounting, ecc.) per proporre un progetto di valore per i clienti di riferimento.
Principali responsabilità:
- Responsabilità per le RFI (Request For Info)
- Analisi delle specifiche di offerta, documentazione di gara
- Progettazione, realizzazione delle offerte e del progetto tecnico di gara, descrizione della strategia e della value proposition
- Gestione del CRM e di altri dati e informazioni sui clienti
- Partecipazione a riunioni con i clienti e sopralluoghi presso il cliente
- Coordinamento delle funzioni aziendali per la raccolta delle informazioni necessarie alla preparazione del progetto tecnico
- Proprietario/a del progetto nei confronti degli stakeholder interni ed esterni
Requisiti:
- Diploma o Laurea
- Almeno 2/3 anni in ruoli analoghi o di project management
- Il settore di provenienza preferibile è il Facility Management
- Conoscenza informatica (pacchetto Excel)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese - B2/C1
- Proattività, pragmaticità e orientamento al risultato
- Buone capacità comunicative e di negoziazione
- Capacità di interagire a diversi livelli dell'organizzazione, guardando al quadro strategico pur mantenendo un approccio tecnico.
