**The Role**

**Placement Specialist - Property & Casualty**

La risorsa verrà inserita nel team Placement Property & Casualty che si occupa delle coperture assicurative per i rischi liability, property, rischi ambientali e special risks (i.e. tampering, garanzie di fornitura, reputational) e in particolare, del collocamento di tali rischi sui principali mercati assicurativi nazionali ed internazionali principalmente per Clienti Large Corporate.

La risorsa intraprenderà un percorso professionale e personale volto ad accrescere le competenze necessarie ad un profilo di Placement Specialist Property e Casualty.

Le attività principali del Placement sono le seguenti:

- Piazzamento programmi assicurativi nazionali ed internazionali complessi, principalmente Property e Liability, di Clienti Large Corporate (revisione submission con team di gestione cliente, interlocuzione con il mercato assicurativo; analisi comparative dei riscontri ricevuti, predisposizione di offerte al cliente)
- guidare il processo di rinnovo delle polizze assicurative esistenti, in accordo con la strategia di rinnovo specifica condivisa con il team di gestione
- Fornire consulenza a clienti e prospect ed espandere attivamente le relazioni, aprendosi a nuove prospettive, creando opportunità di business e proponendo soluzioni appropriate, anche in collaborazione con risorse consulenziali specialistiche
- collaborare con risorse WTW e gruppi di lavoro, sia in Italia che all’estero.
- Supportare tutti i colleghi nel rispondere alle esigenze dei clienti, rispondendo a quesiti e partecipando a call ed incontri, al fine di favorire la fidelizzazione dei clienti stessi.
- progettare e preparare materiale illustrativo e divulgativo in materia Property & Casualty, sia ad uso interno che esterno, oltre che presentazioni e proposte complete per i clienti e partecipare alla redazione di rapporti di advocacy e piani di servizio per i clienti.
- partecipare alla analisi e redazione - per quanto di competenza del Placement
- di risposte a gare per servizi di brokeraggio e due diligence assicurative.
- costruire e sviluppare relazioni con gli assicuratori del settore e con i partner tecnologici, massimizzando la redditività delle trattative.
- utilizzare gli strumenti informatici di gruppo per la corretta registrazione delle trattative e degli esiti; creare e mantenere sempre aggiornati strumenti di benchmark delle quotazioni.
- assicurarsi che i requisiti delle policy di gruppo (legale, normativo e compliance) siano sempre soddisfatti
