Onsite Servicedesk Manager

Are you ready for a new challenge? For our location in Settala (Milan), we are looking for an IT Service Manager (M/F/d)

About the role:
We have recently set up our new facility in Settala(Milan) and in this role, you will be responsible for the central IT 1st and 2nd Level Support in this new Italian site.

About your tasks:

- You will be responsible for the installation and configuration of hardware and software components at the warehouse in Settala
- You will also monitor the client/update management of Windows/macOS clients, mobile devices (Android, iOS), and user/authorisation management.
- Implementation of new software/hardware

About you:

- You have finished an education in IT (e.g. IT specialist for system integration or comparable)
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and domain administration, macOS and Microsoft Office.
- You are able to work independently, in a structured and service-oriented manner
- You have very good written and spoken Italian and English skills
- A background in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) or other OS/software deployment tools is advantageous.
- Ideally, you already have experience in IT support and in dealing with ticket systems as well as Jira, Confluence and MS Dynamics AX.
