**Position Summary**
Support the entire marketing team and organization with specific consumer and market analysis aimed at identifying trends, growth contribution and understanding of the consumers’ landscape.

- Support Insight Manager in running qualitative and quantitative market research with research agencies ensuring accurate and timely delivery of results
- Support Insight Manager in managing face to face interviews with customers: from target identification to interviews planning and report
- Monitor brand equity performance delivering reports with insights to identify gaps and opportunities
- Analyse customers feedbacks to assess customer experience performance
- Scout new trends to understand the consumer landscape that can impact the business both within the coffee market and outside
- Support Insight Manager in providing actionable consumer insights to the company
- Support Business Market Analyst in developing analysis and insights that highlight opportunities and identifies emerging trends and risks resulting in a deeper understanding of the category.
- Deliver general category management reporting to highlight business performance, as well as perform ad hoc analysis to support category initiatives and needs.
