CFT Group offre l’opportunità di ospitare laureandi in occasione del loro tirocinio curriculare finalizzato, in caso di bisogno, alla stesura della tesi.
Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire all’interno del dipartimento Corporate Audit di ATS nel ruolo di tirocinante Internal Auditor. La risorsa individuata seguirà un periodo di formazione interna in affiancamento ad un collega esperto e lavorerà in supporto alla funzione.

**Tasks**:

- Testare l’efficacia operativa dei controlli, preparare documenti di lavoro e garantire che esista un’adeguata documentazione per supportare l’audit;
- Valutare i controlli in ambienti di produzione complessi, identificare e comunicare le lacune nei controlli e analizzare l’impatto dei risultati sui requisiti finanziari, di conformità e/o sull’efficienza operativa;
- Valutare l’efficacia del disegno dei controlli e collaborare con i responsabili del processo per sviluppare piani/raccomandazioni/azioni correttive e garantirne l’efficacia;
- Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni utilizzando comunicazioni efficaci, sia scritte che verbali.

**Qualifications**:

- Laureando in Economia/Finanza/;
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione;
- Teamworking;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Competenza con la suite di prodotti Microsoft Office.

**Nice to Have**:

- Conoscenza dei principali framework di riferimento in merito ai sistemi di controllo interno (per esempio COSO framework);
- Conoscenza dei sistemi ERP Oracle JD Edwards e/o SAP;
- Conoscenza del tedesco.

- Il sistema di controllo interno e la gestione dei rischi
- Il ruolo della funzione Internal Audit in azienda
