**Join our Early Talent Leadership Development Program**

Eaton’s Commercial Early Talent Leadership Development Program offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your international sales & marketing career. You'll receive leadership training, personal coaching, and network with senior leaders. Through rotational assignments across various locations and business areas, you will develop a broad skill set and prepare for future leadership roles.
Our main base locations for the roles are Hungary, Morrocco, France, Netherlands, Germany, UK, Italy and Poland.
**What you’ll do**:
- Program duration: Three years
- Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments. Two assignments will be within the sales & marketing teams. One assignment will be in operation, helping you to gain experience in the manufacturing plant environment.
- Operations functions: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics - depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
- Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region
- Career path: Preparation for future leadership roles (e.g. Sales Director)
**Qualifications**:
- Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering or related with a graduation date no later than **August 2025**:
- Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)

- Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program
