**ESPANSIONISTA IMMOBILIARE TOSCANA- EMILIA ROMAGNA
Le due figure di Espansionisti Immobiliari saranno inseriti a potenziamento del team di Real Estate, a riporto del Real Estate Director, per accelerare l' importante piano di sviluppo della rete vendita diretta nel territorio di competenza.

Principali Attività:

- gestire le attività relative allo sviluppo immobiliare nell'area assegnata;
- creare nuove opportunità di business attraverso la ricerca di nuovi spazi commerciali;
- studiare la realizzazione negli spazi commerciali individuati, coordinandosi con i tecnici;
- partecipare alla negoziazione ed alla stesura dei contratti d’affitto

Requisiti:

- esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, maturata preferibilmente nel settore della **Ristorazione** o nel **Retail**:

- Buona conoscenza del mercato immobiliare
- Buona capacità di negoziazione e di coordinamento
- Laurea o cultura equivalente
