**PROCUREMENT MANAGER**

**Chi cerchiamo**

Un/a professionista con esperienza nella gestione e ottimizzazione dell’ufficio acquisti, capace di garantire l’efficienza delle forniture, gestire trattative con i fornitori e ottimizzare i costi con attenzione costante a sostenibilità e qualità.

**Le tue Responsabilità saranno**
- Pianificare e gestire gli acquisti in linea con le esigenze aziendali
- Identificare nuovi fornitori
- Negoziare con i fornitori
- Monitorare budget e performance dei fornitori
- Collaborare con il reparto produttivo e il team di progettazione per garantire il flusso di approvvigionamento fluido e tempestivo
- Ricercare costante di soluzioni innovative e sostenibili per migliorare i processi d’acquisto in sinergia con il nostro reparto Ricerca & Sviluppo.

**Requisiti**
- Laurea in economia, ingegneria gestionale o campo correlato
- Esperienza almeno triennale nel ruolo di responsabile acquisti, preferibilmente nel settore “CONTRACT” o edile
- Ottime capacità negoziali, di comunicazione, negoziazione, gestioni delle pressioni e di problem solving
- Capacità di gestione del budget e di analisi dei costi
- Spirito proattivo e capacità di lavorare in team
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza avanzata di pacchetto office, software gestionali e strumenti analisi dei dati.
