Da Luxe Talent, società di consulenza internazionale di reclutamento e formazione specializzata in moda, lusso, retail e FMCG, stiamo cercando una figura di **Country Manager** per uno dei nostri clienti, azienda specializzata nel settore del **turismo di lusso **che offre servizi e pacchetti turistici esclusivi e personalizzati per clienti che cercano esperienze di viaggio di alta qualità e lusso.

Nella nostra agenzia di consulenza per il reclutamento e la formazione lavoriamo con diverse aziende dei settori Luxury, Premium e High Premium in tutta Europa e abbiamo uffici a Barcellona, Madrid, Parigi, Milano e Monaco.

**MISSIONE**:
Stiamo cercando un Country Manager visionario e intraprendente per creare e guidare la nuova succursale italiana.

**RESPONSABILITÀ DEL COUNTRY MANAGER**:

- Sviluppo Strategico: Creare ed eseguire piani strategici per il crescita sostenibile del business nel mercato spagnolo, individuando opportunità e stabilendo obiettivi chiari e realizzabili.
- Costruzione delle Operazioni: Stabilire e sviluppare tutte le funzioni operative necessarie per sostenere le attività commerciali nel paese, incluse vendite, marketing, comunicazione, digitale e servizio clienti.
- Creazione di Reti e Alleanze: Costruire relazioni solide con partner chiave, fornitori e stakeholder locali per promuovere la crescita del business e garantire la soddisfazione del cliente.
- Leadership dei Team: Assumere, formare e guidare un team multifunzionale, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e di alto rendimento che favorisca l'innovazione e il successo aziendale.
- Analisi e Miglioramento Continuo: Monitorare regolarmente le performance del business attraverso l'analisi di indicatori chiave di performance (KPI), identificando aree di miglioramento e raccomandando azioni correttive quando necessario.
- Conformità Normativa: Garantire il rispetto di tutte le normative e requisiti legali pertinenti nel mercato locale, così come le politiche e procedure interne dell'azienda.

**Requirements**:
**REQUISITI DEL COUNTRY MANAGER**:

- Esperienza dimostrata nella creazione e crescita di strutture aziendali, preferibilmente in ruoli di leadership o imprenditoriali. L'esperienza nel settore turistico sarà particolarmente apprezzata.
- Solida comprensione dei principi commerciali fondamentali e capacità di applicarli in un ambiente aziendale dinamico.
- Eccellenti capacità di leadership, comunicazione e risoluzione dei problemi, con la capacità di motivare e guidare team verso il raggiungimento di obiettivi condivisi.
- Mentalità orientata ai risultati, con la capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e sotto pressione per rispettare scadenze e obiettivi prefissati.
- Flessibilità nell'adattarsi a un ambiente aziendale in evoluzione e disponibilità ad assumersi nuove responsabilità quando necessario.
- Preferibilmente laureato in Economia Aziendale, Economia, Ingegneria, Turismo o in un campo correlato.
- Livello di inglese fluente, almeno C1. La conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un vantaggio.
