- **Fluent in Italian and English.**:

- **Strong communication and organizational skills.**:

- **Passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

- **Eager to learn about marketing and lead generation, business development (previous knowledge is a plus, but not required).
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Research and target new business opportunities in our key industries (Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Automotive).**:

- **Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and build relationships with potential clients.**:

- **Assist in tracking and managing leads in our CRM system.**:

- **Support the team in organizing and attending business development events.**
