**What we offer**:
As a PLQ (Project Lead Quality) the main purpose of the position is:

- quality management in KION development projects to fulfill customer requirements,
- to ensure the best quality at day one of production (SOP) and continuous quality improvement of KION products,
- to ensure the process quality in the development process (iPEP),
- to link between development project and Quality Organization (extended team).

Accountabilities:

- Accountable for all Quality deliverables in development projects.
- Definition of Quality requirements for requirement management.
- Central link in projects between Quality and other engaged departments.
- Coordination of the extended quality team for the assigned projects.
- Monitoring and evaluation of Milestones in development projects for Quality.
- Coordination all quality activities during the implementation and launch phase.
- Preparation and presentation of the monthly project reporting (PSR, MGR, PPAP, Project One-Pager).

**Qualifications / Experience**
- Engineering degree (master / bachelor) and/or comparable qualification & experience
- Preferrable experience in quality management

- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- SAP R/3 knowledge (e. g. Equipment data, BOM, etc.)
- Preferrable qualification / experience as Project Manager
