**Job Description**:
Role mission

We are looking for a Production Process Specialist for our dynamic Gucci Ready To Wear Silk & Soft Accessories team based in Novara

Main Responsibilities
- to monitor the processes and operating procedures relating to suppliers' compliance with social and environmental responsibility rules and ethical standards by interfacing with various players, including Legal, Finance and Security
- to manage the flow of information by searching, recording and analyzing data and activities through the dedicated portal
- to manage the relationship with the Legal office by monitoring the drafting and control of contracts, to participate in commercial negotiations and in the resolution of first level requests with suppliers
- to manage the Vendor Rating process of suppliers, assisting internal evaluators
- to manage some sensitive information for the correct management of customs-related import/export

**Requirements**:

- At least 2/3 years of experience in similar roles
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, relational skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to prioritize tasks and focus on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactivity
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Background in law or economics studies
- Using Stealth/PLM is a plus
