**What we are looking for**For our Regional HQ based in Milan, we are currently looking for a
**Planning & Control Specialist **to join the EMEA team.The Planning & Control function determines long and short-term financial goals, outlining the company's financial direction and expectations and predicting financial outcomes. You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, where you will be part of a new challenge with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

Main activities and responsibilities:The
**EMEA Planning & Control Specialist **will support the EMEA Finance team in the following activities:

- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual consolidated closing analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cost controlling
- Provide support to the EMEA countries in all the financial topics

Skills and Experiences:

- Graduate in Economics or related fields
- 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role (a previous experience in multinational companies, consulting and/or retail companies will be considered a plus)
- Strong numerical and analytical understanding and capabilities
- Tools: deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
- Exceptional attention to details and demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks
- Positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team
- Availability for career development abroad within the Group
- Fluent in English
