MSC Cruises, the world's 3rd largest cruise operator, is embarking on an ambitious 10-year investment plan of €13.6 billion. This plan encompasses the construction of up to 17 new digitally advanced ships, state-of-the-art terminals, and other pivotal assets.

We are on the lookout for a IT Technical Project Manager specialized on HR Platforms for our Naples office, our primary service delivery hub.

He\/she will have a strong background in HR process and a keen interest in cutting-edge HR IT solutions.

Ideally, he\/she will bring a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive initiatives within our Agile and SAFe Agile frameworks.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written);
- Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Master) are highly desirable;
- Proven experience in technical project management, particularly with HR IT platforms such as SAP Success Factors, E-Learning Platform, workforce planning;
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards successful project delivery;
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and initiative, with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
- Lead the implementation of market-leading HR IT solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget;
- Manages projects, reporting to IT hierarchy, and is responsible for end-to-end delivery to internal and external clients;
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure project outcomes align with business needs, managing expectations and communications with non-technical stakeholders;
- Oversee external consultancies and providers, ensuring their contributions are effectively integrated into project objectives;
- Ensure adherence to Agile and SAFe methodologies, facilitating continuous improvement and delivery.

Its seasonal itineraries cover northern Europe, the Atlantic Ocean, South America, southern Africa, and the Persian/Arabian Gulf. MSC Cruises was born in the Mediterranean, and draws inspiration from this heritage to create a unique experience for holidaymakers worldwide. As a result of a euro 6.5 billions investment programme launched in 2003, MSC Cruises' fleet comprises 13 state-of-the-art cruise ships belonging to four different classes: Lirica, Musica, Fantasia and Meraviglia. The fleet's average age is 7 years, the youngest in the industry. In 2014, MSC Cruises launched a euro 9 billion, 10 year investment plan to support the second phase of its growth through the order of up to 11 next generation mega cruise ships. As a result, MSC Cruises' fleet will double by 2026, while the passenger capacity will triple to reach five million passengers per year. MSC Cruises is the first cruise company to develop an investment plan of this length and magnitude. MSC Cruises feels a deep responsibility for the environments in which it operates, and was the first company ever to earn the Bureau Veritas "7 Golden Pearls" for superior management and environmental stewardship. In 2009, MSC Cruises began an enduring partnership with UNICEF to support various programmes assisting children worldwide.
