La figura del Production Manager ha il compito di pianificare, coordinare e dirigere le attività di produzione industriale

**Main Responsibilities**

Concordare con la direzione gli obiettivi di produzione

Assicurare la piena efficienza dell’impianto di produzione

Verificare il rispetto dei tempi
- Raggiungere gli obiettivi previsti in sede di budget
- Verificare che la quantità e la qualità dei prodotti rispetti gli standard
- Gestire un team di persone
- Monitorare costantemente l’andamento del reparti e risolvere gli eventuali problemi che rallentano l’attività produttiva

**Job Requirements**

Education: Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale

Professional background**:Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo in settori affini

Hard skills

Essential:
Competenze in pianificazione e gestione della produzione

Competenza in valutazione delle performance e monitoraggio degli indicatori chiave (KPI)

Capacità di creare report basati sulle metriche di valutazione

Capacità di utilizzo di software gestionali
