Job Description_**
- We are looking for a collaborative, proactive and innovative IO & AO Services Manager to be responsible for growing the IT infrastructure by working with cutting edge technologies on innovative and challenging projects and delivering high quality solutions from design to execution._
- This role involves providing comprehensive technical support to customers throughout the system lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)._
- It also includes overseeing customer-driven innovation and integration initiatives to improve system performance and alignment with evolving business requirements._

**Requirements**:

- _
Ensure all IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, etc.) are operational, secure, and optimized for performance._
- _ Implement and manage monitoring systems to track the health and performance of IT infrastructure._
- _ Oversee the resolution of infrastructure-related incidents and problems, ensuring mínimal downtime and disruption to business operations._
- _ Forecast future infrastructure needs based on business growth and technological advancements._
- _ Implement and maintain security measures to protect infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities._

**_
PROFESSIONAL BAKGROUND & EXPERIENCE_**
- _
B.A. in IT field or B.A. / master’s degree in computer science / engineering._
- _ At least 3- 5 years of experience in the ICT & Hosting roles._
- _ Knowledge in Virtualization & dockerization technologies and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO 27001._
- _ Demonstrated leadership and project management experience._
- _ Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with business acumen._
- _ Strong interpersonal and communication skills required for interfacing with all levels of management. Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with clients face to face._
- _ Fluent knowledge of the English language Deep understanding of the life sciences market and technologies will be considered a plus._
