**MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER**:
La risorsa sarà inserita nel Team Manutenzione Elettromeccanica e, riportando direttamente al Maintenance Manager, si occuperà di:
effettuare attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria di carattere meccanico ed elettrico su macchine automatiche e macchine utensili a controllo numerico;
supportare il Responsabile di Funzione nella gestione delle risorse del Team e delle attività quotidiane;
collaborare con le diverse funzioni aziendali al fine di mantenere gli standard qualitativi con l’obiettivo di un continuo miglioramento.
Diploma Tecnico;
almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli affini in aziende mediamente strutturate;
buona conoscenza di elementi di meccanica, oleodinamica e pneumatica, impianti elettrici, PLC;
conoscenza del disegno tecnico;
buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Completano il profilo spiccate doti di leadership, ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali focalizzate alla gestione del team.
**Orario di lavoro**: su giornata (8-17) o su due turni (06-14;14-22).
**Sede di lavoro**: Vimercate.
Richiesta disponibilità allo spostamento, in giornata, sulle altre sedi aziendali (Arcore/ Agrate Brianza).
