Organization and Management of the Construction Site:
The site manager is responsible for managing the construction site from the beginning to the end of the project.
This includes setting up the construction site, day-to-day supervision of the work, and final quality
Site Manager's Responsibilities:
Coordination of workers and specialized technicians.
Management of consultants and subcontractors.
Procurement of materials.
Safety and compliance with regulations within the construction site.
Organization of working hours and shifts.
Supervision of the activity carried out by internal and external employees.
