**QUALITY MANAGER**

per realtà operante nel settore elettronico.

**Mansioni**
- Coordinare il team Qualità, promuovere una cultura della consapevolezza della qualità e del miglioramento continuo e sviluppare programmi di formazione
- Supervisionare i processi di garanzia della qualità
- Gestire e sviluppare il sistema di gestione della qualità ISO 9001, coordinare e supervisionare gli audit interni ed esterni, compilare il rapporto di gestione annuale
- Gestire dei reclami sui prodotti da parte dei clienti
- Proporre iniziative di miglioramento continuo
- Collaborare con altre funzioni aziendali per implementare le misure della qualità
- Identificare e mitigare i rischi associati alla qualità e ai processi aziendali
- Analisi e reportistica sulla qualità

**Requisiti**
- Laurea in ingegneria elettronica, meccanica, formazione in ambio qualità o percorsi affini
- Esperienza consolidata nella gestione del sistema di qualità
- Conoscenza dei processi di auditing esterno ed interno
- Preferibile provenienza dal settore elettronico o metalmeccanico
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Capacità di leadership e competenze comunicative
