La risorsa avrà l'opportunità di effettuare un'esperienza formativa trasversale e finalizzata ad un percorso di crescita nell'area Sales dell'organizzazione. Nello specifico, la figura selezionata si occuperà dell'interfaccia quotidiana con clienti prevalentemente appartenenti agli ambiti Racing o Automotive, delle relative offerte, delle previsioni di vendita, delle attività di pricing, della gestione degli ordini, dei livelli di stock presso i distributori di ricambi presenti nei vari campionati e dell'assistenza post-vendita. Avrà l'opportunità di collaborare con tutte le funzioni della supply chain e con le altre aziende del gruppo, al fine di garantire la soddisfazione delle richieste dei clienti. La risorsa selezionata, dopo un opportuno periodo di formazione ed affiancamento, avrà come obiettivo quello di diventare la figura di riferimento per uno o più clienti relativamente le attività di competenza dell'ufficio commerciale, gestendole con autonomia progressivamente crescente.
