Il nostro cliente è un’importante realtà multinazionale, strutturata, operante nel settore del food e con headquarter nella provincia di Varese. Il gruppo, con una storia di oltre un secolo ed oggi in una fase di profonda espansione e consolidamento di quote di mercato, è presente in tutti e cinque i continenti, con numerose branch all\'estero, produttive o commerciali.
Siamo alla ricerca di un Head of Consolidation Manager da inserire in HQ, un profilo strategico che possa guidare e supportare lo sviluppo della società.

**Il tuo nuovo ruolo**
La risorsa, inserita all’interno del dipartimento Finance, in qualità di Responsabile del Bilancio Consolidato, si occuperà della supervisione del bilancio d’esercizio per le controllate italiane ed estere e della loro collettazione ai fini della reportistica. Nello specifico gestirà e coordinerà i processi di consolidamento nell’ambito delle chiusure mensili e annuali, predisponendo le relative analisi a supporto della Direzione e della Funzione Finance ed il reporting package consolidato utilizzando i principi contabili IFRS, garantendone la correttezza e la puntualità.
Coordinandosi con i dipartimenti finance locali delle branch, predisporrà, dunque, la reportistica gestionale consolidata per il Top Management (conto economico, analisi delle marginalità, analisi dei costi operativi, situazione finanziaria netta, stato patrimoniale).

**Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo**
Il profilo ideale è in possesso di laurea in Economia o di titolo equivalente ed ha maturato un’esperienza professionale nel ruolo di almeno 8/10 anni e preferibilmente in contesti internazionali e/o in società di revisione. È imprescindibile la conoscenza dei principi contabili IFRS, oltre a un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata. È necessario saper utilizzare i principali strumenti informativi e i sistemi come Tagetik.
Completano il profilo, ottime doti comunicative, skills di project management ed eccellenti capacità di gestione del team e inclinazione al problem solving per lavorare in un contesto dinamico e sfidante.
