Riportando direttamente al Finance Manager Italia dovrà presiedere i seguenti ambiti:

- Reporting: Predisposizione e Analisi periodica delle diverse reportistiche interne indirizzate sia alla Capogruppo sia a diversi interlocutori delle società dell’Area Italia;
- Controlling: Analisi mensile dell’andamento economico-patrimoniale della società analizzando scostamenti rispetto a Budget/Forecast. Riconciliazione tra contabilità generale ed analitica. Operazioni e controlli di fine periodo (accruals, rettifiche, etc..).
- Bilancio: controllo mensile delle schede contabili, definizione delle scritture di bilancio per le chiusure periodiche infrannuali.

**Qualifications**

È richiesta:

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza delle logiche del Controllo di Gestione;
- Conoscenza dei principi contabili italiani;
- Ottima conoscenza di excel;
- Utilizzo avanzato dei tools per la reportistica e analisi dei dati (SAP e TAGETIK);
- Capacità relazionali ed interfunzionali;
- Capacità di Analisi;
- Buone doti di problem solving.

Completano il profilo: proattività, capacità di relazionarsi su più livelli, buona resistenza allo stress e capacità di lavorare per scadenze.
