Shoes Costing Trainee

Within the ShoesCosting Management & PLM Department based in Florence, we are looking for a young intern who’s willing to join the team for an internship opportunity.
The trainee will be involved in the following activities:
Support in the development of product costs through interaction with functional teams
Key support to Product Development in order to process costs starting from the earliest stages of prototyping and monitoring the following steps
Partner with Merchandising department in order to define costs in line with target retail prices, basing on the target mark-up
Interface with Industrialization and Production in order to monitor and analyze any cost discrepancies
Support in the determination of effective drivers to optimize total costs

Profilo

**Requirements**:
Degree in Economics
Strong analytical skills
Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint
Fluent in English and Italian
Curiosity and flexibility

The 6 months internship will start in March and provides a reimbursement plus the free company canteen for lunch
