Azienda dinamica, innovativa e in continua crescita ricerca un **Commissioning manager **per gestire le attività di costruzione di un importante sito produttivo nell’ Hinterland Milanese.

**Ruolo e Attività**

A riporto del Chief Service Officer (CSO) sarà responsabile dell’avviamento delle nuove costruzioni e dei nuovi impianti, coordinando il team dei commissioner e interfacciandoti come punto di riferimento dei project managers e l’engineering, per il collaudo e la messa in servizio.

La risorsa si occuperà della:

- Definizione dei piani per la messa in servizio degli impianti nel rispetto dei termini contrattuali e della documentazione técnica specifica di impianto, gestendo risorse umane, attrezzature e materiali al fine di garantire l’avviamento dell’impianto;
- Stesura del programma lavori in collaborazione con il team di project management;
- Analisi e valutazione dei requisiti tecnico professionali necessari per il personale che dovrà svolgere il commissioning;
- Coordinare le attività di test e commissioning, fornire supporto nelle procedure e nella raccolta della documentazione necessaria;
- Analizzare i problemi emersi nella fase di avviamento e proporre le azioni di miglioramento al reparto ingegneria;
- Collaborare allo sviluppo delle procedure di messa in servizio e avvio degli impianti;
- Monitorare i processi e i risultati delle attività di avviamento fornendo e controllando la documentazione richiesta ai tecnici in campo;
- Gestire le risorse del team in termini di presenze, formazione, sviluppo competenze, valutazione delle performance e valutazione di nuove risorse da inserire nel team;
- Monitorare il conto economico degli avviamenti in base al budget a disposizione e gestire l’emissione delle fatture al termine dei commissioning.

**Requisiti richiesti**
- Ottimo background tecnico;
- Diploma di laurea in ambito meccanico, automazione, elettrica o diploma tecnico;
- Pregressa esperienza (almeno 1 anno) in posizioni analoghe;
- Conoscenza del lavoro di impiantistica e per commessa;
- Abitudine alla gestione della complessità
- Ottima capacità di relazione e di ascolto;
- Serietà e Affidabilità.

Contratto di assunzione a tempo indeterminato diretto in azienda, RAL e inquadramento da definire in base al profilo e all'esperienza effettivamente acquisita.

Sarà considerato titolo preferenziale la competenza su temi di igiene industriale, fire engineering e una certificazione come lead auditor in uno schema afferente la materia.
