We are currently looking for a Student Office and Admission Manager from June 2023.

The School Office Manager will need to devote himself/herself with strong motivation to the life and initiatives of the school. He/she will be the primary point of contact for the school community.

MAIN TASKS
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the school office, including the management of administrative staff, planning and organizing their work;
- Collaborate with central accounting in the management of school administration;
- Play a liason role with headquarter departments;
- Support the Head of School in planning and implementing school projects/events;
- Maintain contact with school families, ensuring effective efficient communication;
- Manage cross-channel leads, guiding prospective students and their families throughout their journey to enrollment;
- Support the design, planning and implementation of awareness and recruiting events (open days);
- Support Management in analyzing, managing and reporting structured data and statistics and in monitoring and planning activities of the Marketing, Sales and Admissions division.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills to properly manage daily routines and work targets;
- Ability to interact with and provide assistance and support to potential new families;
- Negotiation skills and well-developed soft skills;
- Ability to work in a team, results orientation and confidence in one's ability to meet and exceed goals;
- Ability to prioritize, work methodically, and remain calm under pressure; and
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail;
- A C1 level of English
- A C2 level of Italian
- Previous experience in international school environments will be highly valued
