Roma**| Your challenges?**:
The activity will be carried on in an international context.

Responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement performance indicators for strategic decision-making
- Drive improvement initiatives with LBIP+ methodology for project success
- Measure business performance with KPIs
- Support Operations team in achieving OTOCOQ targets
- Implementing digital transformations
- Establish and report operative performance indicators and KPIs
- Assist in deploying digital tools as per the Digital roadmap
- Standardize workplace practices and cycle times
- Create digital value stream mapping for SatCom and Space sectors
- Address performance issues using lean methodologies
- Identify and eliminate non-value-added processes in the MFC
- Contribute to risk and opportunity management
- Analyze Facility, Industrial, and Digital Means for continuous improvement
- Support defining requirements for Space Factory 4.0 and Step change context, including RE&FM

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- MSc degree in Engineering or similar
- Familiarity with LEAN/5S/Sigma/Scrum methodologies is highly recommended
- Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC
