We are currently seeking recent graduates in Engineering studies, who are enthusiastic and passionate about supply chain and logistics. You will be based in Italy and will gain operational and functional experience rotating across different areas of Supply Chain and Logistics at Kering, with the chance of having an experience within Houses seek, along with an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to make a difference.

Your opportunity
The Kering KEYS Supply Chain Program invests in high-potential engineering graduates to develop the next generation of logistics leaders.
The program equips graduates with the know-how and skills to embark on a career path in logistics management and play their part in our long-term vision of environmentally responsible, innovative global supply chain.

Build essential skills through dedicated development opportunities.
During the program, you will take part in tailor-made learning programs and business activities, guided by a member of our senior management who will be assigned to you as a mentor. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and other Graduate Program members on a dedicated team project. At the end of your two-year rotation, you will be ready to take on a relevant role in the organization and continue your career path within the Group.

The recruiting process
The selection process will encompass the following steps:- Individual digital test assessment, to assess your logic, reasoning and verbal abilities- Group assessment, for deeper insights on your competencies, behaviors, and potential- Individual interview, to find out more on how your aspirations match with our ambitions
Who you are- You hold a MSc (or will graduate by the end of 2024) in Engineering studies; previous intern experience in Supply Chain and Logistics is a plus- You are keen on starting a career in Supply Chain and Logistics- You value and foster a respectful working environment where everyone is free to be their true selves- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills- You are passionate about working in a team to achieve shared goals and drive performance- You are data driven and have strong analytical skills- You are organized, driven, hard-working, results-oriented and always strive for excellence- You are proactive and approach a challenge with creativity and tenacity- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; Italian and French are a plus
