Fp&a Manager

For an important Italian manufacturing Company based in several countries all over the world, I am looking for a FP&A Manager Client Details The client is an important listed industrial Group in manufacturing business, based in Milan and in several countries Description lead all financial planning processes, ensure the accurate and timely execution of all financial planning processes, as long-term plan (Rolling Business Plan), budget, rolling forecasts, coordinating the work of financial community and facilitating the liaison with multiple stakeholders Manage the preparation of any document related to financial planning for internal use (including Board book) and for investors purpose in collaboration with IR work in team with BU controllers and corporate team to ensure maximum efficiency and harmony in delivery group financial reporting and analysis issue yearly planning calendar interact with finance community and ICT to develop planning tools monitor the expected economic/financial trends in a prompt and timely manner in collaboration with finance leadersof the organisation, to highlight possible variances between expected and actual results on the relevant variables provide analysis and financial support to CFO actively contribute to the continuous review and improvement of the financial planning processes and tools with the aim of standardising and reducing manual work and share the knowledge attends educational activities Profile Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Finance, Management Engineering or equivalent At least 5 years of FP&A experience, with focus in Business unit/multi plants management reporting.

Previous work in Industrial companies is a must Strong analytical capabilities and structured mindset Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members Fluent English Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills Advanced collaboration tools expertise Wide experience on SAP FI_CO and BPC tools Tableau and PowerBI skills are a plus Availability to travel Good communication skills and result orientation Job Offer Great opportunity in a multinational Company with a career progression plan
