**Responsibilities**:
**Mission**:
You will be responsible for the organization, planning and management of interventions to ensure the conservation of the building and associated plants, and provide support for the administrative processes and supply of services within the scope of the building management.

You will be the assistant of the Employer's Delegate and the RSPP for the safety area for the implementation of the activities necessary to guarantee the protection of the health and safety of the workers.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Supervise of external service providers who carry out the maintenance of the Milan site
- Implement the Group's Facility management policies (if applicable)
- Support the RSPP and DdL on activities related to D.LGS 81/08 - building emergency management
- Execute the Global permanent supervision (GPS) controls related to the facility management
- Coordinate and control the activities of the reception, cleaning and maintenance services
- Management and Centralized control of security systems and supervision plants

**Profile required**:
**Studies & experience**:

- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in building or Real estate would be an asset

**Language skills**:

- Italian - C2
- English - B2

**Technical, operational & Soft skills**:

- Change Management (preferable)
- Accuracy and responsibility
- Problem solving and result orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team spirit and collective mindset
- **Job not submitted to MIFID II**
