**Job Description**:

- Our Mission_

We are currently looking for an Industrial Controlling Manager who will join the Finance department.
- How you will contribute_

As the Industrial Controlling Manager you will report to the Head of Administration & Accounting Italy and will be responsible for:

- Manage the industrial control framework within the newly implemented ERP
- Provide financial guidance to sourcing, planning and manufacturing departments
- Monitor product costing and analyze variances vs. standard
- Prepare monthly margins analysis
- Control production site monthly costs (labor, activity rate, overheads)
- Monitor inventory: review monthly inventory valuation, check inventory level, analyze inventory turn and depreciation needs
- Supervise pricing activities
- Prepare budget/forecast for production site
- Prepare ad hoc analysis to support management in manufacturing/sourcing decisions
- Manage team of one controller
- Qualifications and competencies:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Economy/Business Administration or Engineering
- 8 years of experience in finance department, industrial controlling role in a multinational manufacturing company is a must
- Strong command of Information Systems, knowledge of Stealth is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Rigorous and organized
- Able to work independently
- Fluent in English
