About the job Are you eager to take a new opportunity Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career We arelooking for a Systems Engineer to join our headquarters at Sant?Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the R&D Head of Strategy & Project coordination You will have the responsibility to coordinateand synchronize the R&D time schedule, budget, and technique on the base of configuration management. You will support in ensuring the transparency, traceability, consistency and maturity management in the whole vehicle system throughout the lifecycle in R&D. Monitor R&D time schedule and budget to ensure a compatible Systems Engineering time schedule in the product development process as input for the Project Planner Manage and synchronize the R&D deliverables, targets and maturity of the deliverables for the milestones (R&A, Configuration, Quality, Risk) on the base of the PRM and artifacts list Implement configuration strategy Define configuration management activities in R&D, baselines for each milestones, according to the project and the different stakeholders who are involved Ensure transparent information, change and release of product data configuration aimed to synchronize hardware/software change requests Draw up R&D project status, reports and results on vehicle project level and check for consistency taking in consideration lesson learned About you Bachelor or master degree in Engineering At least 3 years? experience in automotive Systems Engineering Project Management Proficient MS Office Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered as a plus Being dynamic and flexible Conflict management and effective communication Smart
