Support the ERC Team in the implementation of an effective Ethics, Risk & Compliance Program in alignment with the overall Country business strategy and priorities.

**Major Accountabilities**
- Support the team in the ERC operational activities interacting with TA(s), GAs and Functions
- Contribute to the preparation of training/ onboarding materials, incl. process coordination, participants record tracking, interaction with external vendors, if any, deadlines monitoring
- Support the ERC BPs in assessing cross boarder initiatives according to the ethical business conduct and in alignment with local industry code requirements
- Support ERC BPs in the internal governance, including timelines, meeting materials preparation, internal communication flow, and in monitoring activities (e.g. RAM tool update, internal inspection scheduling and interaction with external vendor
- Contribute the successful roll out of Local/RE/Global projects, thought effective support to project management and documentation

**Minimum requirements**

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Degree in Law is a must
- 1 year of experience in compliance role
- Fluend English and Italian
- Business and innovative mindset
- Project excellence
- Appropriate knowledge on 231 L.D. and AB Law
