**Posizione**:
The Investment Strategy Analyst has the following main responsibilities:

- Support the Head of investment Strategy in his job of:

- generation of investment ideas to support the process of construction of holistic (eg public and private markets) asset allocation portfolios for different client profiles
- creation of content within a structured Investment Strategy communication platform (regular - weekly and monthly - and special edition notes and podcasts, plus regular and special edition presentations)
- analysis of economic and market scenarios to support the network of bankers and clients and other teams within the Mediobanca Group when needed
- Analyze financial market and economic data from a technical standpoint, that means:

- understand the information that the data give us from a statistical point of view
- understand the information that the data give us from an economic point of view
- understand the information that the data give us from a market point of view
- have the ability to summarize the above information in charts, tables, slides and messages that convey the key messages in an effective and easy to understand way

**Requisiti**:

- Strong economic/financial markets background with good quantitative/statistical skills
- Strong quantitative/statistical skills with good financial background (including quantitative finance)
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel, the Microsoft Office/365 suite
- Knowledge of Bloomberg
- Knowledge of Python and/or other languages to analyze big databases and summarize results in charts is a very useful complement to fluency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong interest in developing a holistic approach to economic and financial analysis, that joins intellectual discipline with creativity
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to embrace a lifelong learning path
- Willingness to work with other people from different teams within the Mediobanca Group
- Good communication skills (verbal and/or visual)
