**INTEGRATION & CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST**
La risorsa, lavorando nella Holding del Gruppo Aziendale e riportando al Responsabile dell’R&D & Facility, nell’ottica dell’integrazione e miglioramento continuo a livello organizzativo, procedurale e culturale di tutte le aziende del Gruppo ed al fine della crescita aziendale, avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare, implementare e gestire ampi e diversi progetti di integrazione e miglioramento continuo. Nello specifico, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Disegnare i percorsi di integrazione organizzativi, procedurali e culturali tra le varie funzioni e società del Gruppo, avviandoli con i rispettivi responsabili di funzione e seguendone l’implementazione con la verifica dei progressi, tracciatura delle milestones e dei KPI di progetto;
- Identificare aree di miglioramento nei processi e nei metodi di lavoro della Capogruppo e delle varie società acquisite, sviluppando soluzioni innovative al fine di aumentare l’efficacia e l’efficienza operativa dell’azienda;
- Nell’ottica del continous improvement, guiderà il processo di sviluppo con risorse interne ed esterne per co-creare soluzioni future;
- Coordinamento e lancio di nuove funzioni o aree di business (E-commerce) in linea con le priorità strategiche della Capogruppo.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in materie economiche e/o affini;
- Preferenziale Master in Project Management, Continous Improvement ed E-Commerce Management Solutions;
- Estrazione e Background in consulenza strategica/manageriale;
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruoli similari, maturata all’interno di grandi aziende operanti nell’ambito della consulenza strategica/manageriale aziendale e/o di gruppi aziendali settorialità del commercio, con vision e forte investimento nel PM, Continous Improvement e progetti E-commerce;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office ed in particolare di MS Excel;
- Buona conoscenza ed utilizzo dei principali gestionali di settore e tools di riferimento;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Progettualità, visione strategica, orientamento all’efficacia ed efficientamento aziendale;
- Ottime capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione;
- Capacità relazionali e comunicative;
- Affidabilità e precisione;
- Capacità di analisi;
- Problem solving;
- Team working.
