I progetti sviluppati in questo periodo - tra cui gli orologi Luminor e Radiomir -sono stati coperti dal segreto militare per anni e il loro lancio sul mercato internazionale è avvenuto in seguito all’acquisizione del marchio da parte del gruppo Richemont nel 1997.

Oggi Panerai sviluppa e produce nella manifattura di Neuchâtel i propri movimenti e orologi, sintesi tra design e storia italiani e maestria manifatturiera svizzera, che sono venduti attraverso un’esclusiva rete di distributori e nelle boutique monomarca nel mondo.

The fundamental values of Panerai are based on history and the sea world, authenticity, exclusivity and rarity, product identity, Italian design and Swiss technology.

For our Panerai HQ based in Milan we are looking for a Product Marketing Intern that will support the Product Manager or the Senior Product Manager in managing one or more collections of Panerai watches. He/she will help in the development of new products in line with the strategy and with the DNA of the Brand, working in close contact with the Designers and with the Manufacture.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Product communication**:
Preparation of product documents and presentations

Contribute to the updating of the product and accessory booklets

**Business analysis**:
Product performance monitoring (watches and accessories)

Sales analysis by collection, model, function, case, size, material

Sell-in /Sell-Out analysis and trend estimations

Stock monitoring for a correct fine-tuning of the production mix

**Competition**:
Competition analysis and mapping

Monthly competitors newsletter

**Product database management**:
Product database updating

Management and updating of the Product Database

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Achieving the sales objectives
- Development and presentation of the new watches
- Control of the level of stock of watches, proposing actions to maximize the turnover

**Knowledge and Professional skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree in business and Marketing related field
- Very good English knowledge. French is a plus.
- Open mind and solution oriented
- Dealing with complexity & Management skills
- Strong orientation to the clients’ needs
- Analytical skills (able to analyze, assess data, determine trends and opportunities, identify problems and suggest solutions)
- Detailed knowledge with the Windows and Office environment
