**Position Summary**
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible of all SC activities for Gessate and Chomutova sites part of FCCE Division, having the leadership of Supply Chain management activities across the Business Unit, driving activities to ensure timely and cost-effective material planning, supporting operations and supplier development for the improvement of customer service and cash flow.
**Responsibilities**
1. Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees.
2. Monitor supplier performances across the Business Unit to resolve/eliminate supplier process deficiencies.
3. Work closely with Division Supply Chain Manager to maintain supply chain continuity and strategic focus on key Division/Group activities.
4. Actively support and implement Lean principles.
5. Ensure appropriate and robust controls, checks and audits are in place for ongoing supply chain activities
6. Ensure location focus on material cost control activities related to procurement, dual sourcing and category management.
7. Ensure supplier alignment to Division supply chain strategy
8. Support the implementation of the Corporate Supply Chain Strategy along the Business Unit
9. Support the successful implementation of the Corporate Improvement Priorities
10. Support, liaise and assist Operations team in quantifying and reducing/eliminating material shortages.
11. Support the wider Supply Chain team to drive operational improvements within the supply base.
12. Support operational improvements where necessary.
13. Implement and maintain a robust risk mitigation process at the Business Unit level
