- Job description 1
- As Innovation Project Manager, you will design and drive end-to-end projects for 3 strong brands across Europe. You will report to the Global Director Saugella. You will be responsible for the creation of innovation projects and tasks for Saugella (cleanser), Betadine (antiseptic) and Armolipid (cardiovascular). In collaboration with the R&D team and other functions, you will ensure that all the tasks are done on time to deliver the products on the market. You will work in a fast-moving environment and drive a new way of working with your stakeholders.

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Develop the pipeline of innovation, product evolution and design to value projects
- Define projects’ retroplanning and coordinate all cross functional teams to ensure an on-time delivery of the project (R&D, regulatory, supply, quality), incorporating key markets needs
- Identify new products, platforms ideas, in synch with the brands strategies established by the global marketing director, through a precise understanding of the categories and trends
- Monitor category trends in concepts, formulas, claims, ingredients, packaging
- Lead consumer testing and business case recommendations behind those ideas
- Establish product brief, in collaboration with cross functional teams (R&D, BD, regulatory affairs, medical affairs and lead markets)
- Present innovation projects in committees at each validation stage of the plan
- Manage all the project tasks from the initial idea to the product launch
- Deliver the master design and master texts of new products being launched

**EXPERIENCE PROFILE**
- 3 years’ experience in Marketing&Innovation roles for Consumer Health, Beauty or FMCG companies
- Fast product launch and innovation activities for Consumer markets

**COMPETENCIES**
- Fluent English to meet the international colleagues and present the projects
- Project management knowledge and skills
- Product launch knowledge with Consumer mindset
- Strong ownership and autonomy to lead working ways changes
