Lab Assistant

**Business Overview**:
**Job Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Sample detection, issue the analysis reports;
- Cooperate with R&D Engineer to complete project tasks;
- Partecipate in the designation and implementation of the experimental scheme;
- _ Maintenance, inspection and calibration of laboratory equipment;_
- Other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:
**Skills**:

- Strong team-building skills and the proven ability to work with a diverse group of people;
- Relational skills to undertake and manage projects working in multi-functional Teams (Quality, Production, Process, Maintenance) in a rapidly expanding Chemical Site;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Appetite for delivering continuous improvement;
- Able to establish personal credibility at all levels building effective relationships;
- Eager to learn and embraces change.

**Education**:

- Associate's Degree in Relevant industry
