Start Hub Consulting supporta Unilever nella ricerca di un Order To Cash Audit Support appartenente a categorie protette.

La risorsa sarà inserita Customer Experience Team in Italia, supporterà il Customer Experience Manager in Italia e sarà responsabile del monitoraggio e dell'esecuzione dei controlli operativi.

Questo ruolo si interfaccia con team di esperti, fornitori di servizi di terze parti e il business.

Responsabilità:

- Gestione proattiva del rischio
- Condurre una gestione proattiva e dinamica del rischio e controlli operativi
- Favorire l'efficienza nelle attività di compliance e di controllo in collaborazione con fornitori di terze parti
- Responsabile dei controlli finanziari nell'ambito della diretta area di responsabilità
- Primo punto di contatto per gli auditors esterni ed interni

Principali aree di focus:

- Migliorare continuamente la qualità della contabilità e implementare cambiamenti negli standard, nelle politiche e nelle procedure contabili
- Fornire e implementare i costi di terze parti per la localizzazione
- Eliminare, semplificare, automatizzare e/o centralizzare le attività transazionali

**Requisiti**:
Esperienza richiesta
- Risk Assessment sui Processi Aziendali (di business e di supporto) ai fini della conformità con il requisito SOX
- Eseguire e condurre l'intero ciclo di audit, inclusa la gestione del rischio e la gestione del controllo sull'efficacia delle operazioni e sulla conformità a tutte le direttive e i regolamenti applicabili.
- Conoscenza dei Principi Contabili Locali ed Internazionali
- Expertise nella preparazione del Bilancio Annuale (sia Reporting che Statutario) e nella tenuta e revisione dei conti
- Conoscenza del controllo del budget

Requisiti:

- Laurea in Economia Aziendale
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di contabilità finanziaria, controllo e gestione del rischio in FMCG
- Conoscenza degli standard PCOB, della normativa SOX e degli standard IFRS
- Esperienza di lavoro con dati complessi di grandi dimensioni provenienti da più fonti
- Buona conoscenza ed utilizzo di SAP
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (word, excel, PowerBI etc.)
- Conoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglese fluente
- Ottime capacità di analisi dei dati e di problem solving
- Capacità organizzative e ottima propensione a lavorare in team.
- Approccio rigoroso/attenzione ai dettagli
- Capacità di gestire gli stakeholder locali, regionali e globali sia finanziari che non finanziari
- Forza dimostrata nella strategia, nell'organizzazione, nella pianificazione e nell'analisi, in particolare rispetto a budget, operazioni e progetti
- Dimostrata capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente, essere proattivo, curioso e prendere l'iniziativa con una direzione o guida mínima, bilanciata con abilità nell'esecuzione di piani e compiti dettagliati in modo accurato ed efficiente

Requisito fondamentale sarà l'iscrizione alle liste delle Categorie Protette - Collocamento Mirato - Legge 68/99.
