**About the role**
The purpose of the role is to support Project Managers of assigned Division adopting PMO process, monitoring KPI’s, project costs, timeline and delivery targets.

With the aim to guarantee PMO adoption plan he \ she will:

- Monitor and support Project Managers adopting Coesia tools, methodologies and KPI’s calculations;
- Support Companies Head of PM collecting periodical and relevant information from Company PPM during project execution, KPI’s figure and project data to report key tasks to Company or Divisional stakeholders.

With the aim to support the project profit he \ she will:

- Support Companies Project Managers to collect cost reports from available tools harmonizing within the Company and Division reporting to stakeholders;
- Support Companies Project Managers to track and schedule billing and invoice payments to preserve projects cash flow statements;
- Support Project Managers on relevant change notice to preserve profit margin.

With the aim to support the project timeline he \ she will:

- Monitor execution of project milestones and gate reviews according to baseline supporting Project Managers and Company Head of PM to spot and avoid relevant deviation from project timeline.

**What you need to be successful**
- Master’s degree in Engineering;
- At least 6-8 years of experience in both PMO and project management in structured companies working on complex projects;
- Professional knowledge of the English language;
- PMP certification is considered as a plus;
- Customer focus and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders across different regions with availability to travel up to 30%.
