**Sunprime** è un Independent Power Producer nel settore fotovoltaico in rapida crescita con sedi a Milano e Firenze. Sunprime è market leader nel segmento del mercato fotovoltaico italiano C&I - Commercial & Industrial - con una importante pipeline di progetti ed ambiziosi piani di investimento grazie anche al supporto dei propri soci, Noy Fund, il più grande fondo Infrastructure di Israele e Nofar-Energy, IPP quotato al TASE.

Al momento stiamo cercando una risorsa da inserire nel team Project Development come **TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST/ PROJECT DEVELOPMENT**

La priorità del ruolo, nel breve termine, sarà quella di preparare e gestire pratiche edilizie e pratiche catastali.

**Responsabilità**

In particolare si occuperà di:

- Preparazione elaborati grafici e relazioni tecniche per pratiche edilizie (Inserimento impianti su cartografia territoriale, Sviluppo di piante e prospetti di edifici, etc)
- Preparazione e invio di pratiche edilizie su Sportelli Telematici SUE/SUAP (e.g. CILA, SCIA, PAS, AU etc, agibilità, depositi sismici) per la realizzazione di grandi impianti fotovoltaici a terra e/o su tetto, in assistanza al Progettista ed al Direttore Lavori;
- Gestione comunicazioni con comuni, amministrazioni ed enti locali, per l’ottenimento di autorizzazioni, nulla osta e permessi per impianti di produzione e linee elettriche
- Consultazione geoportali per analisi vincolistiche, consultazioni catastali.
- Organizzazione documentazione técnica del Tema

**Requisiti Minimi**
- Diploma tecnico
- Buona padronanza nell’uso di CAD 2D;
- 1- 2 anni di esperienza lavorativa nella preparazione e gestione di pratiche edilizie, in studio tecnico/Società ingegneria/architettura
- Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Office,

**Requisiti Desiderati**
- Conoscenza del settore Fotovoltaico,
- Precedente esperienza lavorativa in ruolo analogo
- Esperienza su pratiche superbonus
