Financial Controller

**Job brief**
The goal of the position is to be an active promoter of the efficiency increase through a systematic analysis
of the relevant indicators, contributing to position Tattile as a best in class company within TKH Group.
We are looking for a dynamic and pro-active financial controller, who will support the Financial
Team to ensure the correct definition and analysis of the KPIs of the whole organization, suggesting
correctional actions.

**Responsabilities**
- Cooperate with the Finance Team in the

preparation of periodically (monthly and
quarterly) reports and analysis for key
stakeholders (Management and HQ)
- Develop a monthly marginality analysis at

Market, Customer Product level
- Develop financial and industrial

performance analysis, defining, maintaining
and tracking KPIs for different activities and
areas (R&D and Operations)
- Collaborate to the development of Budget,

Actual and Forecast reporting and analysis

**Requirements**:

- University degree
- Previous experience in a similar role in an

industrial manufacturing company or Audit
experience in “Big 4” environment
- Proficiency with Ms Office
- Fluent English is a must
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Good relational skills
- Knowledge of SAP BUSINESS ONE is a plus.
