**About the role**:
Due to our expansion of the SAP teams in Europe, we are hiring for different SAP C4C consultant roles.

SAP C4C Developers help clients transform their business, driven by digital opportunities and technology in the SAP C4C space.

In a typical program you would be working at the intersection of business and technology with a sound understanding of the business drivers and the capabilities of IT (SAP C4C).

You will design/develop the right solution for Transformation and Change in SAP CX space for the client. We use a variety of frameworks and methods to enable the implementation and support of SAP C4C.

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service cloud implementation for Retail Perspective.
- Implementation of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C-Sales/Service).
- Interactions with customer for business requirements, design & solution and implementation via configuring the SAP C4C system.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams located at onshore/nearshore/offshore/.
- Analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
- Identify, interpret, validate and document Business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.

**Job Requirements**:
**Essential Skills**:

- Ability to facilitate the implementation and support of the SAP C4C solution.
- Strong knowledge of scoping, analysis, design, development, customizations and implementation of SAP C4C solution.
Strong experience in a full cycle implementation & support project.
- SAP C4C Solution experience of Master data (Accounts, contacts, products management), Sales processes, Productivity and Personalization, Real-Time C4C Analytics, Opportunity Management and Service processes & integration with SAP, non-SAP systems.
- Analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
- Capability to organize and run requirement gathering workshops and Map client business requirements, processes and objectives.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of C4C solution.
- Ability to identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Skilled to act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical teams.
- Self-directed, independent and SME to mentor to junior team members.
- At least 2 full cycle software implementations of C4C with integration to backend ERP system.

**Nice to Have Skills.**
- Knowledge Overall SAP CX offerings.
- Familiarity of integration concepts between SAP C4C and CRM On Premise S4HANA/SAP ECC via HCI or PI.
