**Company Description**:
World Abroad Connect is an educational organization specializing in coordinating study abroad programs for American students in vibrant European cities, including Milan and Madrid. We offer unique opportunities for international learning, allowing participants to immerse themselves in diverse cultures and enrich their academic and experiential education.

**Role Description**:

- **Position Type**: Full-time Summer Internship
- **Location**: On-site in Milan and Madrid
- **Dates**:

- Milan: May 1, 2024, to June 21, 2024
- Madrid: June 22, 2024, to August 3, 2024

**Responsibilities**:
As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our core team throughout the entire program, including:

- **Customer Support**:

- Provide 24/7 assistance to our students studying abroad
- Resolve issues, offer translation support, and provide emergency assistance
- Assist and manage students during organized trips and events
- **Program Logistics**:

- Coordinate transportation cards, welcome packs, and program phones
- Manage lists, handle airport pickups, and facilitate accommodation check-ins

We are seeking a responsible and organized individual who can collaborate effectively while ensuring the safety and well-being of our students. Desired qualities include:

- **Strong Organizational Skills**:

- Ability to plan and manage various aspects of the program, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and activity scheduling.
- **Effective Communication**:

- Clear communication with students, program staff, and external partners to keep everyone well-informed.
- **Patience and Flexibility**:

- Adaptability to changes in the program schedule and the ability to handle unexpected situations.
- **Language Skills**:

- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish is preferred but not required.
