**_Ensuring VRV - Chart’s Success _**:
VRV, part of Chart Industries Inc., is an important industrial reality present for more than 60 years in the international arena both in the design and production of pressure equipment for the Oil & Gas sectors, and in the engineering and manufacture of insulation tanks for the distribution and storage of gas in the Cryogenic sector, as well as a company operating in the Automotive HNLG business.

**_ What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be _**:

- Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage within the ERP production materials request related to the project
- Budget transfer from sponsor and creating pre-kick and kick off activities through company
- Interface role with main internal stakeholder to creating time schedule, risk plan, confirmation of PO, as well as following project milestones
- Monitoring and managing changes required by the customer
- Monitoring the fulfilling of deadlines, notifying possible delays
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and adapt work as required
- Coordination of cooperation of individual departments working on the project, as well as coordinating staff and internal resources.
- Cost monitoring and Designing risk mitigation plan
- Communication with customers about all facts related to the project, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Coordination of customer inspection visits.
- Issuing shipping and invoicing instructions.
- Coordination of and closing of project punch list before transfer to service department
- Elaboration of regular reports on the status of projects possible sending on business trips.
- Maintain a comprehensive project documentation and project reporting, overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Carrying out other activities corresponding to the type of work agreed in the employment contract

**_ Requirements & Preferred Qualifications will be _**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering field
- Communicative knowledge of English and others; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management
- User knowledge of working on a PC
- User knowledge in MRP systems, SAP is advantage
- Analytical thinking
- Management skills
- Team orientation
- Good organizational and presentation skills
- Flexibility, independence, Conflict resolution skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to make decisions, Big-picture thinking and vision
- Communicativeness, the art of acting and communicating with customers
- The art of resolving conflict situations
- The art of coordinating activities
- Appropriate conduct in business
