Potrai affiancare referenti e responsabili di Club delle diverse funzioni aziendali e comprendere le dinamiche di gestione di un Club Fitness con un focus specifico verso ciò che riguarda l’allenamento, l’area commerciale e la Customer Experience dei soci.
**FOCUS ON**:

- entrerai a far parte del team e potrai partecipare ad un percorso completo con training on the job, operando direttamente sul campo e affiancando il nostro staff;
- potrai collaborare con il team tecnico dei Club per gestire ed implementare le attività di sala fitness e fornire supporto nella gestione delle classi dei corsi fitness e musicali;
- ti occuperai di accoglienza ed assistenza clienti per garantire un’esperienza di eccellenza e favorire un ambiente orientato al benessere;
- ti occuperai di assistenza alla promozione e vendita dei servizi esclusivi di Virgin Active, quali abbonamenti e merchandising;
- darai supporto nella gestione delle prenotazioni tramite l’APP Virgin Active.

**Requisiti**:

- Preferibile la Laurea in Scienze Motorie o Certificazioni nell’ambito del fitness riconosciute a livello nazionale.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra.
- Motivazione e desiderio di crescere professionalmente in un ambiente dinamico e stimolante.
