We accompany our clients on the strategic development of their businesses, providing M&A advisory, acquisition finance, capital raising in the debt and equity capital markets, strategic equity financing, project finance for the infrastructure and real estate sectors, and capital markets solutions and flow products for investment and hedging purposes across equity and fixed income asset classes. To all this we add our global leadership in green & sustainable finance to support our clients in evolving their activities towards a more sustainable footing.

**Poste et missions**:
M&A Advisory practice, within Advisory & Coverage offers independent advisory services and tailored solutions with the hands-on involvement of senior partners on each transaction providing great depth of expertise in multiple sectors

**Responsibilities**:

- **Support Bankers in managing client relationship and strategic dialogue, including origination, structuring, and executing complex transactions.**:

- **Conduct financial analysis, strategic business analysis, and valuations.**:

- **Develop and oversee detailed financial models, with the assistance of junior colleagues.**:

- **Prepare confidential information memoranda and management presentations.**:

- **Participate in all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence, document preparation, negotiation and closing.**:

- **Create proposals and pitches to existing and prospective clients, focusing on overall Investment Banking opportunities aligned with the bank’s strategy.**:

- **Train and mentor junior colleagues.**:

- **Ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal policies.**

**Profil et compétences requises**:

- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, particularly in financial modelling and valuation (including LBOs, sensitivities and return analysis).
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial analysis.
- Experience in Infrastructure and Energy sectors is a plus.
- Behavioral skills: Ethical standards and teamwork; proactive and problem-solving attitude; ambition/learning curve and strong desire for achievement; responsiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work under tight deadlines, excellent time management and prioritization.
- Fluency in Italian and English is compulsory, any other European languages are a plus.
